Unrepairable gen on Pale Rose
Corner gen, next to shack and gate spawn on the Pale Rose map, which is normally a 2-person generator, bugged out and only side was repairable. (Killer probably can't kick this side, either, is my guess.)
PC Steam. No 'instructions' to trigger, just happens when you get this particular gen spawn.
