New killer: Horace Pinker from Shocker
He could body hop survivors and sow a nice bit of chaos amongst survivors before manifesting and going in for the kill. Other killer suggestions would be The Corinthian from Sandman, Beta or Negan from Walking Dead, Alex Mercer from Prototype (a James Heller legendary skin aswell, naturally), maybe Pelonquin from Nightbreed/Cabal, classic Freddy Kruegar (Mr England, come on down), and (bear with me...) Noman Bates as a survivor...but 'Mother' as a killer
