Would making tenacity and deerstalker basekit be balanced? (when downed by the killer)
I was thinking of it as a way to nerf extreme slugging but at the same time keep the killers ability to slug for pressure still possible, you could even make the time to fully recover a bit longer when downed BY the KILLER (so plot twist doesnt get nerfed unnecessarily). Idk, would it be balanced or maybe too busted on the survivor side? I cant see it benefiting survs a lot them unless its a slugging singularity with the blind addons
