The Animatronic Cameras

There are red arrows over a door. If I press Next Camera do I go to the arrow? Or does it go in Numerical Order? I try following the chase by aiming the red arrow but get lost when I go to a camera away from chase.

Can you be grabbed when The Animatronic goes to the camera you are using?
