Skull Merchant Prestige Outfit - Black texture bug on ankles

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When using Skull Merchant’s Prestige outfit, there’s a visual bug where the legs meet the boots — a black broken texture appears. It looks like a missing or glitched texture. It happens consistently and doesn't match the rest of the outfit.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1. Equip Prestige (bloody) outfit for Skull Merchant
2. Check the area between pants and boots
3. Observe the black texture issue
