Go next prevention stops self unhook attempts for too long
I've been in several matches where the gates are powered and the EGC is started and I'm hooked being camped by a killer my team has no hope of rescuing against (like a bubba or trickster) and the game won't let me try to kobe. Give me my attempt once all the gens are done, its not going next at that point in the match.
