Endo CPU from Springtrap should also increase vaulting speed

Currently it seems to be a bit weak for a very rare add-on, putting a vaulting speed buff on top of the other effects would make it way better and way more strategic of an add-on to use!

For those who don't know what the add-on does:

  • When in the AOE of the Fire Axe, grants +25% pallet/wall/generator breaking speed
  • Lingers for 5 seconds after leaving the AOE
