Decreased the speed from 10 to 8%

Increased time from 40 to 60s

I think the perk itself was in a balanced spot with it being 10% & 40s long, mainly bc sense it can't stack, it be better for it to be 40s only bc of the fact that multiple gens most likely will go off simultaneously while providing that sweet 10% haste boost as well, so. I see no reason for it to be nerfed like this most would say it's a buff bc of the Increased time but this makes the perk active more making it else impactful for the long run due to it not being able to stack and only one gen can be comped at a time

Nevermind, ignore what I've said, it does stack with other haste perks, just not with itself, behavior should really change how they word that

    Machine Learning was fine before this patch if niche, what it needs is just to make the duration of the haste longer. Not shorter.

    Now nobody will ever use it.
