Consistency Boost Workshop

These are a bunch of ideas I had around base kit game mechanics that I thought would help mostly killers, but I think would still be healthy for both sides. The goals are to make the game more consistent, meaning things like improving Solo Que, Hex Totem spawn RNG, and making it so weaker killers aren't as far behind the strong killers, at least in the early game. That said, this is a workshop, meaning I want critique. I am a killer main, so a lot of this is going to be bias.

Game spawn rework: The devs are planning to make it all survivors start the trial together so survivors can't all work on 4 separate at the start of the trial. There are a couple problems though. The big one being that the killer can find all 4 survivors at the start, and gain a huge advantage, either from RNG and luck, or Lethal Pursuer.

My idea is to have the survivors all split up at the start of the game, but block all generators and hex totems for the first 25 seconds, unless a survivor is put in the dying state. This way set up killers and ones with low mobility have a better chance with things, but no killer can find everyone at the start and instantly win via a slugging. This will also guarantee killers can at least reach there hex totems before the are cleansed at the start of the trial. Lastly, this will make chest unlocking/boon blessing more viable without having to buff those thing, as there will be a period where survivors can't do anything else.

On hook/Dying state communication for Solo Que: When in the Dying State/On a hook, Survivors may press 1 (the point button) or press 2(the come here gesture), and next to their Hud icon, they will display a message. 1 will show a red highlighted text saying, "Killer Near me," and 2 will show a blue highlighted text saying, "Killer away from me." To reduce spamming of message, it will have a 6 second cooldown.
