Singularity Biopod Placement Inconsistent
When using Singularity's Biopods while moving, sometimes the pods won't deploy despite the reticle showing they will.
To reproduce, move through the environment and place biopods on the fly. Its difficult to recreate intentionally so treat it like a chase if need be. It's very common in chases.
Here's an example in a somewhat controlled environment (I had accepted defeat. Many chases fell apart from this bug and I wasn't about to recover in any universe.)
