My guess:

Killer:

Always Undetectable + Ghostface Stalking mechanic + Oni Demon Dash.

Doorways spawn in the map akin to Pig Boxes. These can be entered like the Halloween Void Rifts taking you to the Security Room "Pocket Dimension".

In the security Room you can enter/exit via different doors (a type of teleport system useable by both sides) and there's also a computer terminal.

Survivors that interact with it suppress the Killers Undetectable effect for a duration.

If the Killer interacts with it, Doorways cannot be used to enter the Security Room by anyone, yet can still be used to exit the Security Room, for a duration.

The doorways have external lights to indicate the compute status
Green: Surveillance online (Survivors used it).
Yellow: System on standby (ready to be used)
Red: System offline. (Killer used it)
