make a limit on the same perks in a swf
2 man swf - no limits, 3 man swf - 2 repeats, 2 same perks per team, 4 man swf - no repeats, one perk per team
The ability to bring 4 same perks in a swf removes the possibility of victory for killers below S tier. If used correctly (bodyblocking after unhook with decisive strike and off the record), second chance perks cover any mistakes made by survivors and require 0 skill to use. This kills any competition and makes the game unhealthy.

The reason SWF's pick the Perks they do isn't for some insane strategy it's more likely they are just friends and want to chat about other things other then constant call outs
Not a single repeated perk either.
That wouldn't be smart from devs.
You want new people getting to DBD (I wouldn't recommend it) and punishing players for bringing their friends wouldn't be smart.
There is also not really need for it imo.
