8.7.0 PTB: The Xenomorph's Tail Attack sometimes massively slows him down
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When using The Xenomorph's Tail Attack on a survivor in the 8.7.0 PTB, sometimes, it massively slows the Xenomorph down. I have no idea what causes it, it seems random.

You can see in this video, the first two hits are fine, but the third one massively reduces my movement speed for a long time, and then the fourth hit is fine again.
