The current state of the killers advantage over survivors is intentional?! This is crazy! Pointless to play as survivor! I'll play everything else! This is the worst! There's just no incentive to play survivor.

It's a 4v1, of course the 1 must have the advantage over the 4.
Just play Blood Moon, you'll get your Survivor wins of your dreams if you don't run into a Ghoul first.
