I am unable to see some unobtainable skins, AOT skins do appear but ugly sweaters, christmas skins, twisted masquerade and other event skins do not appear Is this a common bug ? What’s the solution for this ?

It's a seasonal FOMO thing. Ugly sweaters only available during the Christmas season, other events skins with their respective events. It sucks, but there's if it's not there then have no choice to wait until they bring it back into the store.

I don't think that's what they're referring to. If you check out for example Skull Merchant's cosmetics in the store, then uncheck "Available", then her Blood Moon skin won't show up. But if you do the same with Nurse, then her unavailable cosmetics will actually show up. It's inconsistent. Seems like a bug.
