Should i buy survivor using iri shard now or wait get discounted when dbd birthday?
Just like title said, i just need 4 more survivor and im done with that, i had enough to buy all them right now, but should i buy it now or wait on anniversary?
with that 4 survivor left, i want elodie the most than the other 3, because deception and aprisal

Buy now 9000 iri is pretty fair for character unlocks
There's no harm in waiting to see if a sale happens.
Maybe just buy Elodie now & then wait to see if the others go on sale.
for killer? yes, for survivor? no, since all survivor is just skin to each other, IMO, also with how scarse it is iri shard compare to dbdM, making grind for iri shard is not much rewarding, but that my opinion, but for killer? its worth it, since killer is giving diffrent gameplay
