A New Game Mode Idea

So this idea would probably need balancing for ranked so for a game mode like 2v8 or Chaos. When picking your Perks for either Survivor or Killer you get the normal 4 if all Tier 3 but get to pick 5 Perks if all Tier 2 or 6 Perks if all Tier 1. Kind of like choosing to have more powerful or faster to reuse Perks or go for less but gain more different abilities.
