So I think they should rework Low Profile into another anti tunnel perk.

After being unhooked or unhooking yourself, Low Profile activates for the next 60/70/80 seconds:

Suppresses your Pools of Blood, Scratch Marks, and the sound of your footsteps while running.

This effect is cancelled prematurely if you perform a Conspicuous Action.

The original is 90 seconds and doesn't include silent footsteps. However you would still have grunts of pain unless paired with Off the Record or Iron Will.
