Wraiths bell visible from the start of all uncloaks
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was in a match and every time I started to uncloak, wraith's bell was already visible before it should have been. I was playing with a buddy who confirmed the bell was visible to him as well. Unknown whether or not it was visible to the survivors. This persisted for the entire match.
