I wanted to link my PS5 progress to my Nintendo Switch, but I have been trying to get past this screen but cannot. Any suggestions besides creating an IT ticket for devs?

• My main platform is PS5 which is already linked
• My Nintendo account is already linked
• I made sure to enable cross-progression
