A rework idea for cut loose

give this perk a new effect.

When in chase this perk activates

Every time you fast vault cut loose gains a token, up to a maximum of 6 tokens.

Press the active ability button to consume all tokens and gain a 12% stackable haste per token for 3 seconds. Maxing out at 72% haste.

Once used the perk goes on cooldown for 60 seconds

This perk deactivates when injured

    Sounds pretty busted.

    Cut Loose doesn't need a full rework, it needs numbers changes.

    Yeah, that sounds busted.

    But he was right to say that Cut Loose needs a rework. The perk is 100 % trash. There is no situation I would pick it over Quick & Quiet and even that is a niche perk.
