2v8 Bots can never be replaced by humans.
You did it again, BHVR, took a decent Idea and executed it in the worst way possible.
I get that killer queue times are really long in 2v8 and you needed to alleviate that somewhat. The bots were an OK idea, even though their AI sucks and the frequently get stuck in behavior loops, refuse to help teammates, and hog the herbs even when they don't need them. Even killer players don't really like them since it isn't fun or a challenge to kill the bots. The worst part of it all though is that they don't act as temporary filler in the lobby. Once a lobby starts with 2 bots, they will always be there. I've seen human players leave and instantly be replaced, so obviously there's survivors in queue to replace them. It's just a horribly planned design that should have never been released this way. when y'all announced the 2v8 bots, every player expected that the bots would be swapped out for human players, if available. How on earth can you run a game for 9 years and be that short sighted??
