Why does queue time take so long in controller

By controller I'll guess you mean console.
Do you have cross play enabled?
You queue will take 20 to 30 minutes it seems like, but it shouldn't be two hours.
You probably dont have crossplay on. But another reason could be because no one wants to play survivor. Bots are horrendous and getting a match with legion os playing mend simulator. Gl with the matches tho, if you find one.
