New Perk Type: Super Perks
A Super Perk is a perk that uses multiple slots for the same perk.
Depending on how strong the perks are, and how you want to balance them, a Super Perk can take 2, 3, or even all 4 slots from a survivor. This allows strong effects to be introduced into the game with an inherent cost.

I'd be down for this to be visited. I'm sure limits would need to be made but the concept sounds amazing.
It would be way harder to balance, there is no way to value a super perk to 4 specific. I see no reason to pursue this.
