Why make auric cells rewards fomo?

Hey bhvr, i know why you do it, but why not just leave those rewards so you can get them whenever you buy cells, why have a limited time offer? From time to time i find myself with the temptation of getting some auric cells for a skin i like and then i see there is no reward or one i dont really like and think, what is the point? i might as well wait for a reward i like, and probably won't buy them in the end and forget about it. If you are giving these things away, why not make it something to reward your loyal players instead of a scummy way of tickling our lower instincts?

    My friend was going to buy Auric Cells to get that one pretty cool Knight head, but it went away and it's never come back. 😢 BHVR should bring back the rewards or put them in the store later or something. The FOMO is bad and my friend definitely buys fewer Auric Cells because of this. He might be waiting for the Knight head to come back. I think I'll keep it a secret the cosmetic probably won't return; he really doesn't need to be spending on DbD.
