Killers chase useless perks?

I really wanted a buff, the killer chase perks, most of them are useless or easy to counter

Bamboozle- Increase Vaulting Speed ​​16/18/20%.
Brutal Strength- Increase 20/25/30%
Dark Arrogance- Pallet Stun (endure 20-%) + Increase Vaulting Speed ​​15/20/25%
Fire Up- Increase 6/7/8% (start with 1 token) (48% total)
Superior Anatomy- Increase Vaulting Speed ​​45/50/55% (10s cooldown)
Batteries Included- increase range (12m) for 14m
Rapid Brutality- can have Bloodlust

It would be a great option to stop seeing so many killers with 4 anti gen perks
Chase perks are fun and healthy, it would also help to stop seeing so much tunneling
After the survivors know that the killer has these perks, it becomes very easy for those who already have a little experience to be able to counter, a small buff wouldn't be bad, even if it's just a little…

Wdym? Rapid is balanced, it doesn't need to be touched. My unbound idea is also pr balanced, ur essentially forcing people to leave loops. Thats pretty fair on most maps with healthy rng.

Edit: the only change that should be made to most activation perks like rapid brutality would just be to make it activate upon attack recovery. For barbecue make it active once the hook action is complete so u get full value.

All chase perks deserve a mini buff

You have to be really bad if your giving a killer tier 3 bloodlust, because shift teching is easy and instantly losing chase immediately reduces bloodlust by one tier.

Yes we are bad, we can't bleed a high MMR survi without getting 2-3 GEN made, which buff the perks, I accept being bad at this game
