SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: the icon for Zarina's Murder mill frank stone shirt is of the iron maiden shirt, this isn't a one and done glitch, this is just the icon in general

PLATFORM: xbox

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: purchase TCOFS deluxe - link behavior account and all that to get dbd items - when the pop-ups for getting the items appear on the home screen, Zarina's is the iron maiden shirt - check inventory on Zarina- It's also the iron maiden shirt - equip it - it is the murder mill shirt

    This cosmetic is still shown with wrong shirt in the inventory. You don't even need to buy it you can see it in the customization menu with wrong shirt in the selection picture.

    Just a side-by-side picture; I do not own the Iron Maiden shirt for Zari (the top one,) but I do own Casting/the Murder Mill shirts (which should be the bottom one)…

    Also just did a quick check through… this bug does not occur on any other survivors besides her! hope that helps.
