Vecna is visible by survivors through walls while using his power without magic items
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Small shimmer particles emitting out of vecna are visible no matter what through walls by survivors if:
- Vecna charges up his spells.
- Vecna cancels the charge up of his spells.
- Vecna is currently using a spell or after doing so for a significant amount of time.
