Fearful Lock: Upon being injured by a Special Attack become broken for 20/25/30 seconds. When becoming broken through this way the Killers Special Attack becomes unusable for the same duration of the Broken status.

Killers with multiple effects to their power would still have their non-damaging effect available like Chucky can still enter Hidey-Ho mode but can't use his Slice and Dice attack meanwhile Killers like Nemesis whose Special attack is used for other effects like breaking pallets would not be able to use their power. Killers like Trapper wouldn't be affected due to the player not actively doing the damage but instead setting up the damage for later.
