Add a new perk slot?
Well, there's not much more to explain, the game has +150 perks for each side , it wouldn't be bad to have one more slot for a perk, right? Each chapter has at least 3 new perks, the full chapters 6 new perks and the special chapters 9 new perks. I think it's time to add a slot and see how the games flow that way. I don't think it will be that harmful. There are so many unused perks, it wouldn't hurt to have this new slot.
