FPS capped to my refresh rate despite vsync being off
Hi!
When 2v8 came out, I had noticed that my fps capped itself to 75 (my monitor having a 75hrz refresh) when previously I had it at 120.
I thought maybe I could remedy it by going into the config file and changing it there. But in the file it stated that vsync was off AND any fps cap was set to 120. I tried restarting, switching between dx11 and dx12. I'm at a huge loss of what to do right now, does anyone think they have the magic solution?
