Weaving Spiders does not activate on blocked gens

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: My friend brought weaving spiders and at first it looked like it worked but when I went to a gen that was blocked by corrupt intervention the gen was not missing 10% of its progress bar like it should.

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1) Weaving spiders is used while any gens are blocked (or maybe with just corrupt)

2 ) Have it activate

3 ) Check gen that was blocked when unblocked

VIDEO: Video of the match at 2:49 we are finishing a gen with weaving spiders activated. At 3:09 is the gen NOT missing 10% from weaving.

    This happened to me sometime in the past few weeks and we were so confused but this explains it perfectly.

    I am pretty sure this is intended. Blocked gens cannot regress by any means. If a gen is regressing, and something blocks it, the regression is paused until it unblocks.

    While Weaving Spiders is not a regression event, it still is an event that influences a generator's total charges. On the wiki, it says: "A blocked Generator freezes its current state and progression for as long as it remains blocked."
