add killer forfeit

it's not really fair that killers are forced to play out matches they aren't enjoying when survivors aren't. the game is not competitive, there's clearly no concept of match integrity, and if a killer is mentally checked out from the game theyre likely tnot be a fun opponent regardless and may well just afk

i don't see who benefits from killers not being able to go next in the way survivors can

i see no way this could realistically happen with how the game is structured

Survivors would never get to actually complete all gens and exit the gate.
