8.3.1 - Artist missing SFX during spawn-in animation
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
During her spawn-in animation, the Artist slowly forms her ink weapon. This is supposed to produce a sound effect, but I've noticed that it has been missing for a while now. I can't quite pinpoint when this first occured.
