It's technically not incorrect.
In tier 1 Evil Within, he officially has a 6m terror radius. But this is superceded by the fact that tier 1 also gives you undetectable now.
16 meters is only in tier 2.
While 16 meters would be the most useful info for most cases,it's kinda arbitrary which tiers TR you list on the characte into. Why not tier 3s?
I think it would make the most sense to list stats from a tier that you spend the most time in, which is in 99% of matches tier 2, having stat of tier 1 which is technically obsolete due to the undetectable status effect and tier 2 movement speed just confuses new players.
dbd has problem explain tooltip on powers. in reality, they really need adopt like… league of legend style skill sheet where it shows like… all parameter of power. currently you need to look at wiki to understand precise details of the power. normally it written in game but yeah. it is because dbd started as more party game with random killers and they never expected the game to take off but now that it has 39 killers, tooltip should be considered to be improved. so it is more professional but anyways.
