New killer perk idea:

When a survivor is hooked and you are within 14 meters of a hooked survivor, [The perk] activates:
You are granted a 65%/70%/75% Cooldown reduction on a single successful Basic Attack.
[The perk] after successful performing a basic attack with reduced cooldown is deactivated for the rest of the trial.

A one-time super-camp perk? Why?
So a perk that only works for camping and denying hook trades and is useless for everything else? No thanks.
i mean, many perk are design to be good at one particular aspect and not good for other aspects. If you want generic chase survivor shorter cooldown benefit then this perk already exists. it is called STBFL.
This perk is designed to combat leaving survivors on hook for 69 seconds and denying one for one hook trades that favor survivor.
why not?
A perk that is designed for that particular purpose is unhealthy and should not exist.
… yes it should. instant downs exist in dbd and deny hooks. the perk has severe reduced cooldown to prevent perks like Mettle of Man or Dead hard from eating the perk.
