The way perks are presented in the developer update is confusing

Unless you already know what a perk does, it is hard to understand at first glance what the perk will do in the new update unless you already have a grasp of what the current version does. Obviously you can read the dev notes too, but I still think presenting the new version of the perk first, then diving into the changes would be a more clear way to show off new perks, especially ones that have had bigger changes.

I made a little mockup by editing the page a bit.

Let's say you didn't know what Poised does. Here's what the page looks like now:

And here's what it would look like if we presented the new version of the perk before showing how it has changed:

This is just a rough mockup, but I hope you get my point. Don't get me wrong, getting straight to the point is good and all, but for newer players that haven't seen a perk before, or perks that have been though complete reworks such as Blood rush, it just causes confusion to see lots of changes without having any context of what the perk actually will do in the new update.
