8.2.1 - Survivors hit by Flight of the Damned don't scream properly

Title.

When a survivor gets downed by the Flight of the Damned spell, they emit the normal 'gets hit' sound, instead of the proper dying scream. I think this has been the case ever since Vecna's introduction.
