On the topic of Hook States (and Monstrous Shrine)
With the change to hook state timers, Monstrous Shrine, an already underused perk, will be indirectly nerfed.
With the latest wave of number change perk updates, I think this is the perfect time to buff the numbers on Monstrous Shrine to make it more effective (or as effective as it was, anyway).
Buffing it to 40% at Tier 3 will make hook stages take 50 seconds, exactly the same effect it has now, just offset for the increased hook stage timers.
This perk can be a nice disincentive to camping, I'd love it if the perks values we updated to account for the upcoming change.
