Xbox - Hooks not breaking on death

In the game I just played the hooks did not break on death. Three survivors were sacrificed on the same hook.

    This is not a bug.

    Hook respawns were introduced in patch 8.1.0:

    "Hooks broken by a Sacrifice will now respawn after 60 seconds."
