there is no double swing in dbd because exposed status effect hits two health-states. The closest to double hitting is save the best for last which reduces basic successful attack cooldown timer.

Maybe this could have a condition like only activated if a survivor is affiliated with exposed status effect? Right now its basically exposed 2.0
