Buff Deadline
The perk Deadline should increase the odds of triggering Skill Checks by 16/18/20 %.
A toolbox increases these odds by 40% and one doesn't even need to be injured. In addition quite a few weak perks got buffs recently so why not this one?

removing injured restriction would be a better buff.
I'd buff it to +30% skillcheck chance while injured, and add +15% chance while uninjured.
