when will moris count appropriate for "devout" category?

straight up 8 hookstages and 4 moris. literally impossible to get iri in devout.
would be the same result if i magically had 0 hookstages and 4 moris (aka i played myers).
still gold in devout.
make moris give 25 points, or make hook stages factor in even if you mori someone.
it cant be that devour hope/tombstone myers moris give the same points on someone with 0 vs someone with 2 hookstages.
