How to get into the game?

I can't enter the game and after the game introduction, I was logged out and displayed this text. Is this because the game publisher is updating or is it my computer? I need some help

    You did not attach any picture.

    Did you already try to verify the files (when you are on Steam)? Drivers updated?

    Hi, are you on Steam? If so, try to put:

    -force -dx11

    in launch options


    If you’re on Epic, try the following:

    Open the Epic Games Launcher.

    1. In the top-right corner, click on the initial of your Display Name
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Scroll down and expand DBD.
    4. Check the box for Additional Command Line Arguments.
    5. Type: -d3d11
    6. Relaunch DBD
