Healing perks suggestion.
This is mostly for perks like Botany, Autodidact, etc, i suggest 2 changes.
1. All healing perks give notifications to other survivors within 8-12m range.
2. Self Care no longer gives any points, double the BP for healing others instead.

I'd love it if people could see I'm running Botany Knowledge (or whatever else) so my heals are faster than their Self Care. Which takes forever now, so you'd think people would prefer another healer every time, even at base.
