Is auric cells working for anyone else?

Im trying to buy an auric cells pack and the game pretty much freezes on the "finalizing" screen since there's no way to go back.

I've been trying for the last hour and no luck!

Is anyone else having this issue?

Like this is all its showing.

Edit: its been five hours now and I think I'm done trying.

    I play on steam deck but it's not the sd's fault cause everything else works fine, I can even go to the store and it works fine its just a dbd problem which sucks because I really wanted to buy stuff 😂
