Patch 8.0.0 came with very nice Cannibal's Buffs - that's good. But why did he receive 2 very big shadownerfs?

  • Increased time required to reach maximum speed with a Chainsaw to 1.5 seconds (was 1.2 seconds).
  • Decreased time required to trigger a Tantrum while Revving to 3 seconds (was 5 seconds).

Developers, please take a look on that. Just set consant acceleration time and it would fix a problem where his acceleration can be very heavy at the start with certain Add-Ons. Additionally, the Revving bug is very problematic while using Add-Ons that modify Chainsaw's charge time.

I really hope that BHVR will hear you about the accelaration thing.

Is the increased tantrum charge rate an actual nerf or a bug? I'd really appreciate a dev confirming that.

They didn't anything in Patch Notes they wanted to change this Bubba's Power ascpect. On Wikipedia it says that it's Undocumented Nerf.
