I am frequently being disconnected from the game. I play a game normally, then it starts to disconnect during the game, causing problems connecting to the server. I've already been punished several times. What to do?

    There is nothing to do besides ensuring it's not your network via ping tests. I have a 24 hour ban because of this. Their response is:

    It's something on my end and not theirs.

    I play multiple games and this is the only game to do this; ping consistently low, >500 Mbps speeds. All I can say is find another game to chill on until they fix their dumpster fire.
