stucking 10+ minutes at portals at D&D map - unacceptable

I've been farming the achievement for the new map for 2-3 days, where I have to repair the generator and escape, because 3/4! of the Matches are not the new map.

If you're lucky and have the new map, you're stuck between the portals, can't move anymore and are classified as AFK with crows on your head.

You can't leave the match because otherwise you get a penalty. And so you have to waste your time waiting until the match is over.

This is completely unacceptable and I ask that you repair the portals, that you can leave the match without penalty or increase the chance for the new map.

if you're unlucky, you even get a penalty for being afk and can't join new matches
