Kick laggy killers from matches

If the killer is having the lag symbol they should be kicked from the room. Almost every game the killer has the lag symbol and everyone gets killed because he is LAGGING. Kick these people OUT. ADD A PING LIMIT

    The problem with this is there aren't enough servers globally for players wishing to play DBD. I many parts of South America and Asia for example the coverage is often very poor, leading many to use VPNs etc.
